This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on the Wishoz® website and is issued by Wishoz® Enterprises, a proprietorship firm operating in India.

At Wishoz®, we strive to ensure that every customer has a positive and satisfying experience. Since our products are creative, DIY, educational, and decorative in nature, we follow a fair, transparent, and genuine-reason-based return policy, in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are processed strictly as per this policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
A product shall be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery
- The product is unused, unassembled, and unaltered
- The product is returned in its original condition, including:
- Original packaging
- All components, parts, manuals, and accessories
- The reason for return is genuine, including but not limited to:
- Product received damaged
- Product received defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing components
- Manufacturing defect
- Quality concerns
Note: All products sold by Wishoz® are returnable as per your confirmation, provided the above conditions are met.
3. Non-Eligible Scenarios for Returns
Returns may be refused in the following cases:
- Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Product returned in a used, assembled, broken, or altered condition
- Missing original packaging or components
- Damage caused due to customer mishandling, misuse, or improper assembly
- Products damaged after delivery due to reasons not attributable to Wishoz®
The final decision on return eligibility rests with Wishoz® Enterprises, subject to inspection.

Once approved, return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared.
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping instructions will be communicated after approval
- In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed as applicable
- For other genuine return reasons, return logistics will be handled as per case assessment
6. Inspection & Quality Check
- All returned products undergo a mandatory quality inspection
- Inspection is done to verify:
- Product condition
- Completeness
- Reason for return
- Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection
If the returned product fails inspection, the refund request may be declined and the product may be returned back to the customer.
7. Refund Policy

- COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or another applicable mode

- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after return inspection approval
- Actual credit time depends on:

Wishoz® Enterprises shall not be liable for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
- Returned product is missing components
- Product condition differs from original condition
- Promotional items or freebies are not returned
The refund amount will be determined after inspection.
9. Order Cancellations
9.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Full refund will be issued for prepaid orders
- COD orders will be cancelled without charges
9.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled directly
- Such requests will be treated as return requests
- Refunds will be processed only after the product is returned and inspected
10. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders
- If a COD order is refused at delivery without valid reason, Wishoz® reserves the right to:
- Restrict future COD orders for the customer
- In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or non-availability:
- Re-shipping or refund will be processed after deducting applicable logistics costs, if any
11. Prepaid Order Benefits
- Prepaid orders may receive exclusive discounts or promotional benefits
- In case of refunds on discounted prepaid orders, the refunded amount will be net of applied discounts
12. Force Majeure
Wishoz® Enterprises shall not be liable for delays or failures in return/refund processing due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
13. Policy Amendments
Wishoz® Enterprises reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
