This Shipping & Payment Policy governs the purchase, payment, processing, shipping, and delivery of products ordered from Wishoz®, operated by Wishoz Enterprises, a Proprietorship firm registered in India. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

All payment options are available for all orders, subject to standard technical and service availability.


1.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD is available Pan India.
  • No additional COD charges are applied on orders.
  • COD availability may be temporarily restricted for certain pin codes or during high-risk logistics situations at the discretion of our delivery partners.

1.3 Prepaid Orders & Discounts
  • Wishoz® may offer special discounts or promotional benefits on prepaid orders from time to time.
  • Such discounts are optional and subject to change without prior notice.
  • Prepaid orders are encouraged for faster processing and smoother delivery experience.

1.4 Payment Security
  • All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted, and PCI-compliant payment gateways.
  • Wishoz® does not store card details, UPI credentials, or banking information on its servers.
  • Any payment failure or unauthorized transaction should be reported immediately to your bank or payment service provider.

1.5 Failed or Incomplete Payments
  • In case of a payment failure, the order will not be confirmed.
  • Any amount debited erroneously will be refunded automatically by the payment gateway as per their timelines (usually 5–7 working days).
  • Wishoz® is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateway providers.

2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Shipping Coverage
  • Wishoz® currently ships across India (Pan India).
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2.2 Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping is offered on all orders unless otherwise specified during special promotions.
  • No hidden shipping or handling charges are applied.

2.3 Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful order confirmation.
  • Dispatch timelines may be delayed due to:
    • High order volumes
    • Custom or made-to-order products
    • Stock availability
    • Operational, logistical, or force majeure circumstances

Wishoz® makes best efforts to inform customers in case of significant delays.


2.4 Delivery Timeline
  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on:
    • Delivery location
    • Courier partner operations
    • Weather conditions
    • Regional or national disruptions

Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.


2.5 Courier & Logistics Partners
  • Wishoz® works with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.
  • Once shipped, tracking details are shared with the customer via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

2.6 Delivery Attempts
  • Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery:
    • The order may be returned to origin.
    • Re-shipping may be arranged after confirmation with the customer.

2.7 Address Accuracy
  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
  • Wishoz® is not liable for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

2.8 Partial Shipments
  • In rare cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability or size constraints.
  • Customers will be informed accordingly.

3. Taxes & Invoicing
  • Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • A valid invoice is issued for every order as per Indian tax regulations.
  • GST, if applicable, will be mentioned on the invoice.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
  • Once payment is successful, customers receive an order confirmation.
  • After dispatch, tracking information is shared for monitoring shipment status.
